Getting to the University

by plane

Zurich (Switzerland) and Stuttgart International Airports are close to Konstanz. There are good train connections from both airports to Konstanz.

by car

From Stuttgart (180 km): Highway (Autobahn) A81 towards Singen. After the exit “Hegau”, follow the signs for Konstanz. Once in Konstanz, follow the signs “Universität”.
From Zurich (Switzerland) (75 km): Highway N7 towards Kreuzlingen/Konstanz. After you have crossed the Swiss-German border, follow the signs “Mainau” and then the signs “Universität”. Park your car at one of the three university parking lots, which are marked.

by train

When you come from Zurich, take the train to “Konstanz”. When coming from Stuttgart or elsewhere in Germany, take the train to “Konstanz Hauptbahnhof”. Take bus lines “9A”, “9B” or “9C”, direction “Universität”. The bus stop is right in front of the train station.
